Order Processing
Each piece is carefully prepared before dispatch. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. During launches or peak seasons, preparation may take slightly longer — we thank you for your patience and understanding.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you may follow its journey to you.
Finland & Sweden
Standard delivery: €5,50
Complimentary shipping on orders over €35
Orders within Finland and Sweden are delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Europe
We deliver across Europe in collaboration with trusted courier partners, ensuring each order arrives safely and beautifully presented.
Standard European delivery: €10
Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days after dispatch.
Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to additional customs charges.
Returns
We hope your purchase becomes something you truly enjoy. If it does not, we offer a considered and transparent return policy.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@atelierbernadette.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We will guide you through the next steps.
To support mindful purchasing and reduce unnecessary transport emissions, a €5 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund. This helps us cover return processing and logistics while continuing to maintain the quality and care behind every order.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we may resolve the matter promptly and with care.
